Minato had a mysterious past before living with their adoptive mother. Little is known of what did they do for many years, it is known, though, that Minato had to overwork themselves every day to maintain the poor household, and both Mother and sister who lived in it. Eventually a chain of events led the adoptive Mother to die, uwnkown the reason why Minato accepted living with Frank and their girlfriend Ember, having the condition of not working anymore to maintain anyone. And as an excuse to be a lazy bum.

Frank moved to Canada when he was very young with his family. He comes from a recognized family that forms part of a Conglomerate of companies, specialized in war equipment, and war transportation. Despite his accomodated position, the family wasn't the nicest, it was rather full of conflicts and inner wars of their own. Though this was a major problem in Frank's life and a great struggle, an accident that killed Frank's parents left him free to do anything he wanted with the posessions of the family. He was impulsed to live with his two friends Minato and Ember, and now the three share a same place under his name. Despite him having unmeasurable ammounts of money, he still enjoys the simplicity of life and hardwork. Frank loves mundane everyday tasks.

Ember was born in Germany and, at a very young age, had to endure a war that few survived. Consequently, following the loss of her father in that massacre, she was forced to move to Canada to live with her mother. Their relationship had always been bad and gradually spiraled into something atrocious. Ultimately, Ember decided to leave and move in with her best friend, Frank, and her partner, Minato.
